1. Role and Responsibilities

As an English subject teacher, you will help the students speak conversational English and create a comforting learning environment. 

You will be responsible for the following: 

• Teach basic to advanced English conversation
• Actively engage students in the learning process
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students
• Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group
• Offer support and flexibility as needed
• Utilize technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process
• Participate in professional development activities that are aligned with the assigned curriculum and the varied needs of students

2. Candidate Qualifications

• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy

3. Working Conditions

• Student Type: Adults
• Curriculum: Curriculum and lesson plans provided
• Working Hours: (Rotation of shift every 3~4 months from the 5 shifts below)

• Monday - Friday, 6:50 A.M. - 3:50 P.M. (inclusive of a one hour lunch break)
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.  or 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (inclusive of a one hour lunch break)
• Monday - Friday, 1:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. (inclusive of a one hour dinner break)
• Monday - Friday, 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., (inclusive of a one hour lunch break) & Saturday, 11 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. (no lunch break)

• Teaching Hours: 25-30 classes per week
• Class Time: 50 - 60 minutes per class
• Class Size: 5-50 students per class
• Lunch Hour: 1 hour
• Teacher Training: Provided
• Teaching Staff: 6 Native English Teachers, 6 Korean Teachers
