Employment

Work Environment & Teacher Expectations

At Poly, we foster a high-performance academic environment and seek exceptional teachers, primarily from the U.S. and Canada. We also welcome educators from other countries with extensive experience or a strong understanding of the North American curriculum. Our teachers thrive in intellectually stimulating settings and are passionate about inspiring students to reach their full potential. Teachers begin with one day of curriculum training, followed by two days of observation at the campus to meet staff and apply what they've learned. After arriving at the campus, teachers go through an orientation to understand their responsibilities and receive feedback from experienced teachers. We hold biannual workshops and training sessions to empower teachers to enhance their teaching methods and abilities.
