We are now hiring passionate and qualified teachers who demonstrate strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and leadership skills for the 2026 Spring term across our 60+ campuses nationwide. Responsibilities Overview • Deliver high‑quality, engaging English lessons to kindergarten and/or elementary students following the Poly/North American curriculum. • Teach all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with special attention to reading comprehension, phonics (for younger grades), grammar, vocabulary, and expressive writing/discussion for higher levels. • Utilize Poly’s provided materials, lesson plans, and curricular resources, incorporating elements of Poly’s AI/smart‑learning systems (where applicable) to personalize and enrich instruction. • Provide feedback, grade homework, quizzes, tests; report on student progress; participate in special events. • Maintain classroom management and create a learning environment that is fully English-immersive and encourages active student participation. • Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in ongoing professional workshops. 2. Requirements • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders or Korean citizens • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. • Strong interest in working with children, especially returnee or high‑ability students; able to engage students in discussion, critical thinking, and output. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Working hours vary by campus • Curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources provided by the school. Highly academic, structured, pre-planned curriculum. • Teaching Staff: Most Poly campuses employ a robust team of native English-speaking teachers, and English serves as the primary language of communication across the school. Directors and administrative staff all English-speaking. 4.
