Our Curriculum and Programs

At Poly, reading is the cornerstone of our curriculum and the foundation for developing critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Every Poly campus features a vibrant library that fosters a strong culture of reading. On average, our students read 389 books per year—five times more than their peers.

Our curriculum is designed for advanced learners and students who’ve studied abroad, incorporating AI and digital tools to provide personalized learning experiences tailored to each student from kindergarten through middle school.

One of the highlights for many of our teachers is seeing students take center stage at the annual English Speech Contest. The event is a celebration of student voices.

Poly (Kindergarten & Elementary) - Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow

Poly’s curriculum is designed to foster a strong reading culture and provide a foundation for lifelong learning. Our program emphasizes English learning across subjects through reading. The program is divided into two tracks: MAG, designed for returning overseas students, and MGT, tailored for gifted English learners.

Our Teachers and Community

Poly seeks teachers who are passionate about working with high-achieving students in rigorous academic environments. While most of our teachers are from the U.S. and Canada, we welcome all qualified teachers who have experience with the North American curriculum and are dedicated to excellence in English education.

We view teaching as an opportunity to nurture the next generation of leaders. Our teachers guide students to think critically, express themselves confidently through speech and debate, and develop a lifelong love of reading and learning that extends well beyond the classroom.

Poly fosters a collaborative and dynamic professional environment, and our teachers have pathways for growth into leadership roles, curriculum design, and R&D positions.

Empowering the Future

Through innovative AI and a continuously evolving curriculum, Poly continues to expand its global impact while keeping reading at the heart of our educational philosophy.
