CANB is one of the brands of POLY, dedicated to nurturing global leaders. It offers a new type of ESL program that allows our children to express their infinite potential without limits.

 

We provide a 'Dynamic Learning' system that connects online and offline learning, offering a digilog classroom and an interactive digital learning environment. This enables students to immerse themselves and grow through experiences with books, media, and digital content.

CANB Curriculum/Program

 

The CANB learning roadmap, designed to complete English education from elementary to middle school, focuses on developing four essential future competencies (Language, Thinking, Digital Literacy, Communication & Collaboration) from the basics to mastery. The program structure is as follows:

 

1. CANB Elementary

• Deep Literacy: Critical thinking and reinterpretation for profound literacy
• Confident Production: Exceptional English expression with logical and creative speaking skills
• Learning Spiral: Spiral learning that enhances engagement and achievement
• Personalized Data Mining: Personalized data mining to support children’s growth

2. CANB Middle School

• A comprehensive program that covers school grades, college entrance exams, and language proficiency
• Development of deep literacy, confident expression, and self-directed learning skills that allow students to explore and pursue their career paths

3. CANB Library

1. Teacher Support

 

POLY's teachers are stepping into new environments and education systems in a new world. While this journey can be adventurous and bring trial and error, we invest in our Research & Development (R&D) and IT departments, accounting for about 65% of our entire headquarters staff, to develop structured curriculum frameworks and teaching methods, ensuring that no obstacles arise.

 

This allows POLY teachers to focus solely on delivering high-quality, consistent education methods, and above all, supports them in advancing their careers and achieving their goals.

3. Qualifications for Teacher Recruitment

As POLY customizes the North American curriculum to fit the Korean educational environment, most of our teachers are from the United States or Canada. Teachers from other countries also possess rich experience or a deep understanding of the North American curriculum, coupled with a strong passion and commitment.

 

Teachers should emphasize understanding, creativity, and critical thinking, actively encouraging student participation in classes to ensure they can confidently navigate using English in their daily lives.

 

Moreover, they must comply with visa and work permit conditions under South Korean law.

4. Recruitment Process and Application Method for Teachers

 

POLY hires approximately 300 teachers annually across its 60 branches. We recruit teachers continuously due to the expansion of our academies and vacancies, so you can apply at any time. However, we typically fill most positions around the start of the March semester.
