1. Roles and Responsibilities At Simson Language Institute Jayang, you will be responsible for the following: • Teach conversational and discussion classes to elementary and middle school students • Actively engage students in the learning process • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. • Offer support and flexibility as needed (such as evaluation or feedback) • Teach as a team and also lead classes alone 2.
