All studio apartments come equipped with the basic necessities such as: a fridge, AC unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a bed.

Location Description
Paju is a city located in the northwestern region of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Unjeong is recently developed area in Southern area of Paju with great proximity to nearby cities like Seoul and Ilsan.
Paju offers a range of attractions for tourists, including sites related to the DMZ, such as the Imjingak peace park, the Third Tunnel of Aggression, and the DMZ museum. These locations provide visitors with a deeper understanding of the Korean War and the division between North and South Korea.
In addition to its historical sites, Paju has also become a popular destination for shopping and tourism with the opening of the Paju Premium Outlets. This shopping complex offers a wide selection of luxury brands and designer goods at discounted prices, attracting both locals and tourists alike.
