We provide studio housing to our international teachers. 

 

We take great care in providing comfortable and secure housing for our ESL teachers.

You can feel at ease walking around the neighborhood, whether it's during the day or in the evening.

 

All studio apartments come equipped with the basic necessities such as: a fridge, AC unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a bed.

Goyang-si is an active city located in the northwestern region of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. With a population of over 1 million people, it is considered a satellite city of Seoul due to its close proximity. The city offers modern infrastructure, advanced technology, and easy access to major transportation hubs, making it a convenient and dynamic place to live.

 

Goyang-si is also known for its cultural and entertainment venues, including the Korea International Exhibition & Convention Center (KINTEX) and Ilsan Lake Park, which attracts both locals and tourists. Ilsan, a district within Goyang-si, is particularly notable for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse attractions.
