POSITION AVAILABLE Full-time native English teachers responsible for teaching GT kindergarteners POSITION DETAILS Location: 33, Saemmaeul 2-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul Starting Date: March 2023 Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary: Depending on years of teaching experience and performance Contract Period: March 2023 – February 2024 (contract Renewable) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Currently in Korea with a E2/F-Type visa or Korean citizens (Visa sponsorship available) Holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher (in education or English related fields) Having fluency in English listening/speaking//writing/reading Having at least 2 years of teaching experience as a classroom teacher with ages preschool and Grade K-3 in Korea or any school settings in foreign countries Demonstrating a good understanding/knowledge/experience of project-based learning Having willingness to take initiative and working with a team Having excellent verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Holding a valid TESOL, TEFL, or any teaching certification (TESOL preferred) Having experiences preparing children for the SSAT (lower level) FULL-TIME TEACHING POSITION BENEFITS Health insurance Korean Pension plan (dependent on nationality/visa type based on Korean law) Severance Paid vacation and national holidays Lunch provided during semesters Housing allowance APPLICATION PROCESS For your application to be considered complete, please submit the following four documents to Eunyoung.Lee@igis.kr: Cover letter Current resume Sample instructional video demonstrating your approach to the SSAT (with an example) for young learners and briefly explaining your yearlong teaching plan Name and email address of three references
