We are looking for an elementary academic director to oversee the educational programs and academic performance of our campus. Key responsibilities include: Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with state standards and meets the needs of diverse learners. Teacher Support: Providing guidance, training, and professional development for teachers to enhance instructional practices and classroom management. Assessment and Evaluation: Analyzing student performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and using this data to inform instructional strategies. Program Oversight: Managing academic programs, including interventions and enrichment opportunities, to ensure all students have access to quality education. Collaboration: Working closely with school administration, teachers, and parents to foster a collaborative educational environment and address student needs. Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with educational policies and regulations, and advocating for best practices in teaching and learning. Community Engagement: Building partnerships with families and the community to support student achievement and school initiatives. Overall, the elementary academic director plays a vital role in enhancing the educational experience and academic success of students. Qualifications All candidates must: • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. Working Conditions • Student Type: Elementary • Working Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M • Class Size: 10-14 students per class • Lunch: Provided by the school • Teaching Staff: 8 Native English Teachers, 7 Korean Teachers
