Native English Teacher – AAC (All About Children)
Location: Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
(Start Date: July 2026)

AAC (All About Children) is a new premium English immersion early childhood center opening in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do, conveniently located right in front of KTX Gwangmyeong Station with easy access to Seoul.

We are currently seeking passionate and professional Native English Teachers to join our founding team.

[About the School]
• English immersion early childhood center for ages 5–7
• Child-centered & activity-based learning environment
• Integrated curriculum including Literacy, Theme, Grapeseed & Montessori-inspired practices
• Collaborative team-teaching with bilingual co-teachers

[Key Responsibilities]
• Lead English-based classes including Literacy, Theme, Story, and Grapeseed
• Support children’s language and overall development through meaningful interaction
• Collaborate with bilingual co-teachers in a team-teaching environment
• Participate in lesson planning, classroom preparation, and daily routines
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and organized classroom environment
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and school events

[Position]
• Approximately 3–5 lead teaching sessions per day
• One after-school session included as part of the daily schedule
• Prep & planning time included
• Grapeseed training provided

[Working Hours]
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Lunch break provided

[Salary]
• KRW 2.7 – 3.0 million/month
• Salary based on experience and qualifications
• KRW 500,000 monthly housing allowance

[Requirements]
• Native English speaker
• Eligible for E-2 or F visa
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Apostilled degree and criminal background check required

[Preferred Qualifications]

Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field
• Teaching credentials (U.S., Canada, U.K., etc.) are highly advantageous

Experience:
• Recent teaching experience in Korea with young children preferred
• Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices

Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Comfortable using standard office software and educational technology
• Montessori or Grapeseed knowledge/experience preferred
• TESOL / TEFL certification welcomed
