If you've taught at a Korean hagwon and you're ready for something better, we'd like to talk.
Twinkle English Academy in Bundang is hiring English teachers for reading and writing — fiction or nonfiction depending on the class. Students are elementary level. Classes are small.
What the job actually looks like:

→ Reading and guided conversation — you ask questions, students think and respond
→ Fiction or nonfiction classes (you teach one, not both)
→ Small classes of up to 8 students, elementary level with mixed fluency
→ No scripts. Room to teach.
What you get:

→ Starting salary 3.4M KRW/month
→ Housing deducted from salary — villa (~700K/mo deducted) or officetel (~900K/mo deducted) figures are estimations. (final price on depends on unit you choose)
→ Vacation days you book yourself — we keep a substitute teacher full time
→ Max 27 teaching hours per week
→ Paid training, medical insurance, pension, severance
