SLP is seeking qualified English teachers for our kindergarten and elementary programs.
As an SLP teacher, you will work with students ages 5 through grade 6, helping them build confidence in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Instruction includes phonics, basic writing, storytelling, science, and arts & crafts.

Responsibilities Overview

• Teachers at SLP are responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of young learners. They are expected to prepare all teaching materials in advance to ensure smooth and effective instruction. Teachers must also grade homework assignments regularly and create as well as administer tests and examinations to assess student progress. In addition, they are required to track, record, and report student performance while providing meaningful and timely feedback. Participation in staff meetings is essential, as teachers are expected to attend and contribute actively. All instruction should follow SLP’s in-house curriculum to maintain consistency and effectiveness. Teachers will also use the Wonders North American textbook series to help students develop their speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
