1. Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following: 

• Conduct classroom observations to support instructional quality and teacher development

• Lead regular homeroom teacher meetings to ensure consistent communication and alignment

• Review and update curriculum materials to maintain academic standards and relevance

• Oversee exam preparation, administration, and assessment procedures

• Conduct student and/or staff interviews as part of the admissions or hiring process

• Provide substitute teaching support in the absence of homeroom teachers

• Lead and coordinate open classes, school events, and related academic activities

 
2. Candidate Qualifications

• Native English Speaker

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

• F-visa holders

• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check

• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

• Must have at least 5 years of kindergarten teaching experience in Korea.

• Must have experience as a head teacher in Korea.
