Primary Homeroom Teacher (Full-Time) START DATE: 2026 AUGUST 10th (School Year 2026-2027) We are looking for a highly committed Primary Homeroom Teacher who is comfortable taking full ownership of a class. Key Responsibilities Homeroom teacher responsible for all core subjects: Math, ELA, Social Studies, Science, Writing Curriculum delivery based on Common Core Standards Strong emphasis on: Classroom management Student accountability Clear academic routines Consistent parent communication is a required part of the role Qualifications Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience Teaching certificate required Confident classroom leadership and firm boundaries Ability to plan, reflect, and adjust instruction independently Strong growth mindset for students and teachers Work Environment Small class size (maximum 12 students) Teachers are expected to be proactive, organized, and self-directed No summer or winter camps (fully paid vacation) Interview Requirement 10~15 minute mock teaching session required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 4 major insurances & severance pay E-2 visa sponsorship available Housing support available for foreign passport holders only 100% Free Tuition Benefits to teaching staff's children
