Welcome to RITE English Pangyo
I’m an English education specialist with 16 years of experience in teaching, and I know firsthand how rewarding—and sometimes challenging—this profession can be. Since our opening, our academy has grown quickly, thanks to a well-structured curriculum, reasonable class hours, and a fun, supportive work environment.
Inspired by the original RITE educational philosophy in Pyeongtaek, we believe learning a language isn’t just about memorizing words. It’s about understanding vocabulary deeply, thinking critically, and helping each student grow through personalized learning.
Our teachers feel proud of their work, supported in their growth, and part of a team that values fairness and development. You’ll be joining a team that truly cares and brings both passion and skill to the classroom.
