Welcome to RISE Incheon Geomdan!
We inspire students to ask questions, explore, and think big! Since our opening in 2021, we have proudly nurtured confident English speakers in our special speech class, co-taught by native English and bilingual Korean teachers. We take pride in our students’ remarkable achievements in the English Speech Contest, hosted by the World Association for Art Exchange Organization. Against fierce competition from students across Korea, all of our participating students earned an award last year—a testament to their talent and the quality of our program. Our team is passionate about student growth, providing Saturday classes for kindergartners who want extra opportunities to immerse themselves in engaging activities.
Our campus follows the RISE Korea curriculum while independently managing recruitment, teacher training, and day-to-day affairs. We maintain a balanced ratio of native English-speaking and bilingual Korean teaching staff, ensuring a diverse, collaborative team to deliver our shared vision of inclusive, high-quality play-based American education.

We value both experienced teachers and passionate newcomers. Teachers are expected to be energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic, bringing creativity and adaptability to our play-based activities. We make sure to offer comprehensive training for our new teachers and regularly meet to improve teaching strategies.

- Many of our classes are hands-on and interactive—whether it’s helping students make tasty treats or leading them in a fun English song, be ready to move, play, and create memorable learning moments.
- Our campus is located in a residential area surrounded by apartment buildings, offering quieter and more relaxed surroundings.
Hiring Period & Procedure
We’re always in search of dedicated teachers to join our team with positions open year-round, although there is generally higher demand before the start of our semester in March.
- Application Review: We carefully evaluate each resume to find teachers who align with our values and goals.
- Interview Process: We schedule an interview to hear about your teaching approach, passion for working with children, and what excites you about education.
- Joining Our Team: After careful consideration, we'll send you a job offer and help you transition smoothly into your role as a teacher!
