Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
2. TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.

Experience:

1. Experience in early childhood education or English language instruction is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.

Skills:

1. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
3. Proficiency in classroom management and organization.

Personal Qualities:

1. Passionate about early childhood education and English language instruction.
2. Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual children’s needs.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and independent management.
4. Desire to commit to developing a longer relationship with the school and its children.

Legal Requirements:

1. Eligible to work/teach in South Korea.
2. Clean criminal background check.

Language Proficiency:

1. Native or near-native English speaker.
2. Basic understanding of Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
