Job Description
1. Role and Responsibilities:
As a kindergarten homeroom teacher at Sullivan, you’ll be teaching students in kindergarten, and in the afternoons, you will teach afterschool English Classes to elementary-age students.
You will be responsible for the following:
•Teach phonics, pronunciation, and basic reading and writing skills
•Sing, dance, roleplay, and create art with students
•Make stories come alive through storybook reading time
•Follow a textbook and syllabus for easy lesson prep
•Add your own activities to help students learn better
2. Candidate Qualifications
•Must be citizens of the following countries: U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa.
•Must have all required documents (apostilled nationwide criminal background check and an apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university.
•A clean self-medical health check
•Candidates with teaching experience preferred
3. Working Conditions
Working hours are described as the time you need to be present at the school. Teaching hours are the active amount of time you will be conducting classes or activities.
•Working Hours: 9:00 – 6:00 M-F (Flexible)
•Teaching Hours: 5-6 Hours per Day
Salary
From 2.2 Million KRW (Negotiable Upon Experience)

• Severance: upon completion of a one-year contract, severance pay which is equal to one month’s salary is paid to the teacher.
•Vacation: 10 days
